Excellent bit of kit with build quality every bit as good as Apple, huge amount of tutorials on YouTube.....if reviews are to be believed, only surpassed by the Raspberry pi2.

Only drawback of the stick is no Ethernet, Fire box has it.

Brilliant piece of kit. Very good remote control. Excellent on wi-fi, almost makes up for lack of ethernet on stick.

Can be hard work to put XBMC/Kodi on it as it has to be "side-loaded", but once done very good - IMHO better than most other android/pi (and I have used many).

The only downside is I don't think you can use a VPN (not sure as haven't tried as only used in UK so far) , so no i-players for catch-up etc.

Other than that, well pleased specially at the price - got mine in UK @ £25 when on offer, but still only £35

Could not put hotspot shield on it in the UK, even though it is available and works on my Kindle Fire HD. Have installed Kodi and it works a treat. Have disabled the send app data to Amazon, just in case.

Yes, I was pretty sure that you would not be able to use a VPN - thanks for confirming.

And yes, I also disabled the send app data option - as you say, just in case.
