Anyone got any idea why lots of my garden plants have yellowing leaves, especially mandevilla?

A lot of my plants are really suffering this year too but usually the main reason for yellow leaves is a lack of iron.
If I have a problem like this I normally take a couple of leaves (or whatever) into one of the nurseries and ask them for advice

You can buy iron at nurseries and some supermarkets that you mix with water and put on to help but also the usual plant fertiliser will help too
