Sorry about this folks but Ive been asked now to get more information on this, Id like to clear up a couple of things if CL people could help me.

What would be the necessary documents/certificates that are required for getting a licenses? Tried the government site but no luck.

Cant find anywhere that states that if less that 10 villas use the pool it would be classed as a private pool; our compplexs is only used by 9 villas (5 have their own) Nigel maybe you could you point me in the right direction..

Is there anyone who can process this for us as the permie residents that live on our complex aren't interested and the rest of us that are are in the UK (I'm back in September - I'm a Swallow)

Unless you are in a Municipality that is/has taken action against pool owners for not complying with the stupid 'local' rules, I'd suggest doing nothing until the bill that is currently being vetted by the AG becomes law. ''By the end of the year'' was reported in the Cyprus Mail in June.
