(Just re-posting this)

Hi all,

At the PICAS (Property In Cyprus Action Support) meeting last week,
over in the eastern side of the island, Stelios Stylianou the resident lawyer kindly
provided the group with a handout regarding the new property laws and
amendments.

The handout contained some of the provisions that are of significance
to those who have or are intending to purchase property in Cyprus.
At this stage the information provided was based on the details to
hand and further information will become available in due course.

As I believe it will be helpful for members then I have made it available
for download in conjunction with the PICAS group.

Discaimer: The information provided in the document made available
for download here is neither intended nor should be construed to
be legal advice. If in doubt please contact the author - Stelios Stylianou on:

To download the information in .pdf format please click the link below:

In addition to the above handout Stelios has kindly provided an
additional document published by the Ministry of Interior which you
may also find helpful:

 Planning Amnesty Bulletin

Please note that part of the planning amnesty expires on the 7th October 2011
so anyone affected has until that time to submit forms. We hope to
have a downloadable copy of these forms available (with translation)
shortly.

If you wish to ask Stelios any specific questions then wherever possible
he attends the PICAS meetings held on the last Wednesday of the month
2:30pm at the Dhekalia Leisure Resort, Larnaca. Alternatively please contact him
direct on the number above.

HTH

Hi All,

Nigel has put together a series of four articles from the Interior Ministry’s
bulletin about the recently approved bills designed to alleviate problems in
issuing Title Deeds resulting from planning infringements:

Government planning amnesty bulletin: part 1

Government planning amnesty bulletin: part 2

Government planning amnesty bulletin: part 3

Government planning amnesty bulletin: part 4

Thanks once again Nigel!

Cheers
