Advice please

Can anyone tell me if over the counter medication for pets can be brought into Cyprus? Are there restrictions on what you can bring, or any restrictions on quantity?

It depends on which type of medication you need - what are you looking for ?

Some are available at the vets yes but best to check what you want is available before coming, Paphiakos have a website with a contact us button, or if you PM me I can give you my vet's website address.

Thank you for your reply. I think we're sorted. It's just the standard flea and wormer treatments that you can buy without prescription. Front Line etc.

There is a new collar out called Seresto which is fab - lasts 7-8 months
The only place i know you can get from Dr Ina in St Georges Rd Paphos and Dr Chris in town - E30- E35 - dependant on size of dog or cat
Much better than Frontline & cheaper !!!!!!
But remember that because we had such a mild winter that ticks & fleas have multiplied in the billions this year so whatever you use you should check the animal daily :o3
