Crook lock or wheel clamp

Postby Jacqui27 » 17 Sep 2015 22:54

Looking for some help please. Anyone know where I could buy a crook lock, wheel clamp or similar. I am in UK at the moment, but cannot find anything on the Internet to buy in Cyprus. I am coming over soon and need to secure our car over the winter period. Any ideas would be very welcome. Many thanks.

Sorry to be a killjoy but if someone really wants to steal your car neither of those will stop them, however if pushed to make a choice I'd say a wheel clamp if only as a deterrent!

In the grand scale of things though it's probably best to remove an engine part or disconnect something but ask a mechanic first!

I know, if someone really wants to steal it, they will. However just wanted an extra piece of mind knowing there is a deterrent. Not mechanically minded, but eBay option looks good. Thanks

Car theft does happen here but not as often as you may think, Cyprus is a small island and where do they go to? the UK is not Cyprus crime is very low here, do not worry.

Unfortunately we have had a car stolen before. Thought it best to add a level of security.
