Dr Nicoletta is based in Paphos and is a cardiologist

The doctors below are electrophysiologists (according to Google)

Thank you galexinda. Yes, I saw the other 2 EP's on Google but had not see the Paphos dr. I was really looking for a personal recommendation but it doesn't look like many people have had ablations over here.

I had a cardiac ablation for arrythemia back in January 2011 with Dr Kriastelis in Nicosia. Very effective and a nice man who explained everything. Wide awake during the procedure and no problems. Well, I'm still here :lol:

Fiona or Geoff - very pleased to hear that. I have had 4. Last one Feb 2015. All under GA as my EP said he didn't want me to be moving and quite frankly I was very happy with that as they all took between 5 and 7 hrs. Good to hear your recommendation. How do you get to see Dr. Kriastelis?

I had a referral from my normal Cardiologist in Paphos-he arranged everything. Dr K comes over from Berlin about every8 weeks or so to perform the procedure. Hope everything goes fine for you

Hi Geoff

My cardiologist has told me that I need to do an Ablation after having four episodes of AFib in quite rapid succession (with in two months). Previous episodes were 12 months and 18 months apart. I have Lone AFib and am looking at using Dr Kriatsellis. Could you give me a bit more information or some feedback regarding your experience with him?
