Hello,
I am seeking advice as l have lived in Cyprus for 10 years, always paid social etc, but now l work outside of Cyprus for more than 184 days per year, what is the tax form l need to fill out for tax exemption and can l do this with a financial advisor or accountant?? Any help would be fantastic. Thank you.

On the Income Tax Return Employee, Part 3 additional information you are required to tick a box ; 'During 2014, did you stay in the republic for a period or periods exceeding in aggregate 183 days. Tick yes or no.
If your answer is NO, you should only declare your income arising in the Republic.
I am sure any relevant professional would be only too pleased to assist you.
