Scottish married to Welsh, living in England.

Watching the match now. First set 5/5, Baghdatis is doing very well. A Murray 4th in the world, showing signs of "injury" already.

Lets hope it is played in good spirit by both.

Cracking game--nice to have a bit of comedy. One set each--just closed the roof. My money is on the Cypriot.

Considering the fact that Murray represents Britain in both the Davies cup and the olympics it amazes me how so many so called ex pats can cheer on a person representing a foreign country , they live a few years on an island and most of them struggle to say good night in their adopted homes native tongue but there they are supporting a player with whom they have nothing culturally in common, as for Murray being anti English where is the evidence that this is indeed a fact?, the only pleasure that I will take from Murrays victory is the fact that so many of you will be gutted =))
I am not lost I just don,t know where I am

A great game, well done Andy. Thank god they played another 2 min. Would have been awful to have to come back Monday . Do you think we could possibly see a British winner this year? I'd better keep quiet, I don't want to jinx him!

Fair comment skeltie-personally I always cheer the underdog, I dont think really that Andy is anti English, I think he IS a proud Scot and why not? All in all-a great game that had that extra element of the 11pm curfew.
Well played both gentlemen-played in a fine spirit.

Good game - I don't like Andy not because he is a bit if a mummy's boy -I prefer other players styles-- saying that he played well- as did Marcos who brought a bit of humor into the game - nice to see Andy smile ( or grimmise) not sure how he will perform next looks like he's carrying an injury or 2 ;) .
