Does anyone know which cuts/joints of pork to buy to cook on the Souvla BBQ ??.

Back in th UK now - not sure what to ask for at the butchers as the pork in Cyprus seems to be 'on the bone' and in chunks (like you get at the Last Castle)

Can buy fillet of pork but this has no bone !!
