Hi,
Have looked in a couple of the supermarkets to buy Lemon Curd, but failed to see any
Can anyone point me to somewhere that sells it

Alpha Mega sell it.It down stairs on the bottom floor but it is expensive.About 5 euros I think it was.BRI

I can give you a very simple and quick recipe for home made if you are interested? makes 2 regular size jars and takes about 5 mins.

Here you go Galexinda.

4 fl. oz lemon juice
4 oz butter, melted & cooled slightly
9 oz sugar
3 eggs, beaten
Combine all ingredients and cook in microwave for approx. 4 minutes, whisking after each minute. Time will depend on power of microwave. Enjoy. :mrgreen:
