Just found the place after having it recommended to us by several friends (yes we do have 'em).
Brilliant for frozen fish & meatstuffs, but not much else.
Well worth a visit if you are in the vicinity and have a coolbox with you.
Small well-appointed shop located on Mr. Chicken/ Russian Road about 6-doors down (towards Russian fruit & veg supermarket) from the old Curtain Workshop premises.

I went once not that long ago after friends raved about it - was surprised to see boxes open with the contents spllling out all over the freezers! Had it improved when you were there?

The only problem we experienced this morning was the absence of any chicken & ham kievs, which our neighbours highly recommend.
No issues whatsoever with any overspilling produce, with the shop being clean & tidy, and manned by friendly helpful staff.
Maybe we struck lucky, or conversely, maybe you visited on a bad day?
Certainly our friends wouldn't patronise anywhere not up to standard.
Worth another go IMO.
