I concurr ; €70 + €15 chems + VAT = €100PCM twice a week

If you're quoted less, check a) what's included
b) they're 100% legal... I've heard of two Brits fined BIG money for using pool-cleaners with no Social Insurance numbers!

ADMIN is this OK? straight question, straight answers!

Having looked after our own pool for 7 years, there is no way we got that value of chemicals each month. Nor did our neighbours.

I think you mean you didn't spend €180 a year on chemicals in a year? well you're possibly right, but as professionals we work on an average figure, which has to include chlorine, PH+ or -, Algaecide & flocculant, waterline cleaning materials, testing reagents... if you take the year's chlorine usage as "Two tubs of tri-chlor" at €45 each, that leaves you just €90 for the rest... which if you did purchase them all yourself, you probably couldn't buy...
If it's a private job with resident owners, I always give them the oportunity to buy their own chemicals if they want to, so they (obviously) don't pay that €15 PCM...

JIM; I'M VERY CONSCIOUS THIS THREAD IS CLOSE TO WHAT WE CAN'T DISCUSS... CAN YOU PERSONALLY MONITOR IT PLEASE?
