Anybody else noticed that Budge is opening a new Koh-i-Noor takeaway in Kissonerga. It's in the parade of shops at the other end of where the Alpha Bank used to be. Very handy for Tala and Kissonerga. Due to open this coming Thursday. :-bd

Budge the owner of the Koh-i-Nor sent me an email to say the take away is open on Monday the 6th of June. He is going to offer a delivery service as soon as the new venture settles down.

Tried the new Indian take away in Kissonergra yesterday lovey food and presentation, just about the most upmarket take away I have ever used, I wish Budge and crew every success, it will be for sure a regular take away for us..

These guys are not doing deliveries at the moment for some reason (although the menu states they do!), I've messaged Budge asking why and await a reply but I was unable to give them my business tonight and it would've been my first experience of this place too!

No offence intended, just didn't want people put off by what they may interpret as a slightly negative post. I've been there several times and agree with Jim about his assessment of this welcomed new takeaway. I always collect the food as my other half is housebound.

I feel that if a service is advertised then it should be provided, and if it isn't then people need to know in advance. I found it annoying as it was a spur of the moment decision and having had a bad day mobility wise it seemed to be the ideal solution!

I cant see why they dont do it, they only need a bloke to use his own car and charge for distance and the driver would get that plus tips.
