Three of us called in to Neos one Sunday afternoon for a cup of coffee and something sweet to eat. Ordered coffee and tiramisu and specified that we wanted the sweets before the coffee.

First to arrive was one coffee. Then after a while another two coffees appeared. Finally after complaining the tiramisu arrive, but it certainly wasn't tiramisu. More of a chocolate sponge with a aerosol sprayed cream topping.

On the plus side an irish waitress, upon seeing that we were not too happy, came over and engaged us in conversation, to try to make us forget our discontent.

I've heard that the sunday lunch is good value but it will take a lot for us to go back.

CarolynJ Post12 Friends recommended this and we weren't disappointed! From snacks to steaks, the service was friendly and efficient! It's a sports bar and the pool table was free, much to my boys delight! Sitting on the balcony watching the bowling was a bit of a treat too! Ask for a loyalty card.

We went a couple of weeks ago, basically to pick up our loyaly/membership card, which we had applied and paid for when we were last over in June. We were sceptical about the membership card, as we had paid the €10 for it, but did not have a receipt, but, sure enough, it was behind the bar waiting for us.
We both had the chicken and mushroom pie, served with chips and caulli, broccli and peas. We had two bottles of coke, and the bill was just over €14 for both of us, with their 10% discount.
We will certainly go there again, either for their Sunday lunch, or if we go to the beach at Coral Bay. Just a pity there isn't a Neos near Anarita.

That's very harsh, I hated school dinners and I have had nothing like that in Neo's, although not been for some time, and standards do change, certainly the food was more than acceptable the last time we visited, did not like the table's and seat's though, too low for me, it is though an ex-pat bolt hole, do take this into account.

And do remember it is very reasonable on prices it is not fine dinning although they have a fine dinning section (never tried this), it is good value and you cannot say this often these days.

I completely agree with you Jim. I've never had a bad meal there (Sunday carvery). Carvery is just 12 euro and includes salad, soup, meat & veg, dessert, plus 1/2 caraffe local wine. :)

Went to Neos this evening ( Fine Dining) and could not fault it.
We had 3 courses each 2 beers and 2 soft drinks and the bill was €46( with 10%discount) - excellent value we thought.
O/H had soup ( huge bowl), tepynaki fillet steak cooked at the table and ice cream - His steak was absolutely delicious ( he let me have a small taste!) and he said it was the best steak he had eaten in a long time
I had garlic cheese bread, pork medalllions in a cider, apple and cream sauce and ice cream.

Stavros cooked the steak at the table and he was telling us about the Neptune in Coral Bay - he says he has done up 6 rooms this year and hopes to do more next year and eventually it will be an upgraded boutique Hotel. He certainly seems to have a good business head as the place was absolutely buzzing tonight.

I agree great food good pricing especially the fine dinning area, better seats....our friends also had a discount card made it top value, never had poor food in there, great service proficient not overbearing, a good a reason to live in beautiful Peyia as any! I don't now but I may move back! ;)

Yes Stavros has the right blend good service nice venue and particularly like by ex pats, and nothing wrong with that, by the way the Worthingtons draught bitter is wonderful! Oh and Saturdays live music too..

Stavros doing his steak at the table thing! mind your hair!!
