We moved from Cyta to Primetel after over 7yrs because they provided a higher broadband speed including telephony, internet and tv package at the same price we were paying with Cyta. We were always happy with the service we received from Cyta but got 6mbs over 4mbs plus TV so that swung it for us.

Primetel are also increasing our speed from 6mbs to 12mbs at no additional charge (business upgrades start in August with the the completion for the home packages to be finished by October).

We get Sky news and BBC Entertainment on the Primetel TV package plus NatGeo, Discovery, TCM (Turner Crap Movies) and a lot of other stuff. Not all the BBC stuff is up to date of course. ;)
