Sorry if this is in the wrong place, Can anyone help me connect a wi-fi enabled laptop to my Cyta Thomson (white) broadband modem. I have tried the pin number and...nothing. How is it done?

On your laptop, search for wifi connections, then, when asked, enter the sep code, click connect, should be fine. First check that your wireless light is on, if not push button on front of modem( has wifi logo on it) for 5 seconds, then try again.

You have to get the WEP key exactly as it is on the bottom of the modem any slight mistake and it will not let you in.

Thank you, Thank you.... I didn't realise about the 'wireless light' and also stupidly I was entering the wireless pin number doh !!
