Hi. We have a house in paphos that we visit twice a year for a total of about 3 weeks. We would like the internet and maybe some uk tv channels whilst we are there. There is a phone line but it's not connected. We would need to have a flexible contract so could switch it on and off when not there. I have emailed Holitec 3 times in the past for information but had no reply so would like to ask if any other companies could offer what we want. The TV channels would be nice but not essential. Thanks for any suggestions

Hi

We use a company called Cosmonet. Installation was about £160 Euro.

If you go straight through the TOTK traffic lights going up towards the old town they are on the right hand side.

We email them before we arrive with our dates and the internet is switched on and ready for when we arrive. If you purchase a months subscription (30 days) and come out for a week you will have 23 days left and so on.

We don't have anything flash (just basic speed) and we use it for general internet use and a little TV via filmon.

Cheers

Darrell

I think these are all the local options, without a fixed line :

My opinion; worth price charged.

I use Cyta for phone/broadband and they turn it off for me when I'm away. Never any hassles and my August bill was €3!
