Where do I get the yellow card from if im staying longer than three months, its a real minefield, also what do I need to obtain one. thanks

I'm guessing you mean a Yellow Slip if you're staying for more than 90 days.

It's available from the Immigration office but you will need to go with your passport first of all and obtain the application form and you will be given an appointment as well as being told what paperwork you will need to take with you. It may be a couple of months ahead... and best to take at least 3 copies of everything they say you will need and anything else you think may be relevant, otherwise you will be dancing backwards and forwards with new appointments.

I'm not familiar to where the office is in Paphos but I'm sure someone else will come along with the location and directions.

Im being a complete pain on this site!! does anybody know if I come out with private medical insurance whether I will still have to apply for an S1 if I don't use Cyprus health service

As far as I know, if anyone is planning to stay in Cyprus for more than 90 days they're supposed to notify Immigration.
