You might want to do it if the service is FREE.

Then why bother with a Mag box? filmOn it is free on any PC or TV with simple equipment, I agree with Trev if you have a Mag why use the poor FilmOn? admin

I suppose it was done because prior to this, if I have got it right, FilmOn (SD free) was only available via the PC (direct from FilmOn) and via xbmc/Kodi in various guises via a 3rd party repo.

This mean't a not too user friendly pressing of buttons, now it's available via a MAG250/4 provider it will be much more easier to access because the Stalker software on the MAG is a doddle to use.

Not saying xbmc/Kodi is hugely hard to access but to be fair, it does take some doing sometimes. My better half navigates around the MAG downstairs so easily but the other boxes we have defeat her sometimes.

So all folk have to do now is buy a MAG250 and enjoy FilmOn free (or until Alki finds out!)

Sinbad, what is the portal details please?

This service is free , but he does give people the option to make a donation if they wish .

There is no catch up , so will be of limited appeal to people who want the excellent ease of use of a magbox with no monthly fee .

He has included movie and TV series lists also .

I use catch up a lot so will be staying with my provider and paying my 6.99€ a month , but it's handy to know I have a backup .

If anyone is still interested , let me know and I will pm you the details .
