I see this on my online BOC online statements. It seems to be about 50% of what is in the current account.
What is it?

Possibly cash not subject to restrictions (i.ee cash that was deposited after March 2013).

Interesting to see if it still shows as 'fresh money' on your nerxt statement bearing in mind the restrictions have finally been lifted...
