I personally have not come across this company, but having checked the CySEC website (http://www.cysec.gov.cy/licence_members_en.aspx) they are not on the lists of companies authorised to give investment advice in Cyprus. Also the Cyprus Insurance Companies Control Service (ICCS) register (http://www.mof.gov.cy/mof/mof.nsf/All/A929D5534FDF372FC2257547002D7F2B?OpenDocument) shows no listing.

You can draw you own conclusions.
