Vat refund

We are wondering if we shall ever get the Vat refund we were promised or does anyone know different?

Hi Mike
We had a company , legally closed it down almost a year ago , and received confirmation that the VAT office owes us Hundreds of Euros , but have we got it yet ??? NO
And we are told they dont have money , yet they had took the Money from us .
I think you are talking about your house refund , but thought I would mention this
