Am I allowed to ask if you made the pastry cases yourself or were they bought?! I saw some in one of your haunts this morning so just had to ask!

That's where I got the cases V. I normally make my own pastry however those were perfect and makes it a quick and easy dessert! Will post recipe later!

Blue Olive in Coral Bay - they had 3 packets (4 in each) of small sweet ones left on Friday.

Ok recipe as follows!

4 tbsp fruit sauce
400g cream cheese
4 tbsp lemon curd
8 pastry cases

Mix curd with cheese until blended. Place fruit sauce in base of cases, add cheese then top with fruit. I used raspberries and blueberries and for sauce I made up a raspberry coulis. However use whatever you fancy and enjoy!

Oh I bet they will! Trust me, they are incredibly simple to do and look and taste great! Feel free to call me though when you have made some and I will come over and eat them!
