I saw some haslet in Chillies store the other week.

Not had it for ages and wonder if it will still taste the same now?

I used to have it quite a lot when I worked on the Deli counter at Asda stores part-time before I left school and started working full time in the Inland Revenue in November 1976.

Chillies store Haslet is very good, but expensive.

This recipe is a far better Haslet and is a quarter of Chillies price.

Jim Peck sells a mean Meatloaf that tastes like this recipe sounds - totally scrummy if you don't want to make it yourself!
