black plastic flange/escutcheon/skirt

Good evening, I am hoping that someone might be able to direct me to a supplier of the plastic covers that are used to cover the fixings where balcony railings join the wall or floor. I have an Aristo villa and over the years the original covers have perished in the Cyprus sun, hence I'd like to replace them if I can. Any advice would be much appreciated.
