Cyta internet

Had some problems yesterday with the internet called Cyta and they tried to reset remotely but I still had poor signal strength. Should be getting up to 8 mb,but no more than 5 mb.
Technician came out the next morning remade the connection into the house from the Cyta telephone cable tested signal up to 7 mb. and upgraded the modem with the latest firmware excellent service Maybe an idea to get your system tested and upgrade your modem if you are not getting the speed you are paying for.
