cosmonet/bluenet

we have internet with Cosmonet. My daughter is staying at our house in Peyia and has been unable to get a connection. I can get on the web site, ( I am in uk) and it seems to have changed names to bluenet. I am unable to connect to the userpanel to have a look at our account. I have tried phoning this morning but it comes to a recorded message in greek. It seemed to be saying press ena (1?) tried that nothing. Any ideas as to how I can make contact please. Our account is definitely paid until 6th Nov, so that's not the problem. I just need to speak to them. HELP! Mal
