Windows10, Skygo and problems watching live tv

If you're watching or trying to watch Skygo using IE11 or Firefox and you have problems watching live tv, and get a message saying it has terminated, then there is a very simple solution.

Unbelievably all you have to do is change your computers date format to dd/mm/yyyy .

Believe it or not Sky do not know this and have been extremely unhelpful in sorting out my viewing problems.

Indeed, that's why 99% of us gave the heave-ho to Sky long ago and now watch on Mag boxes.
