Rumour that cyta is in the process of increasing broadband speed. Anyone aware if this is true

When I asked two months ago why my Internet was having short dropouts they told me then it was because of Cyta's upgrades to Bandwidth, live in hope is all you can do..

We had a shortage of bandwidth last night. But all is OK at the moment.

I just checked my 4meg connection which was generally about 4.5meg and to my delight,
download 7.61
upload 0.74.....same
ping 25ms an improvment
so great stuff, 4meg is good enough, so 7.61 is magic
My worst nightmare. To own a car which is "FULLY LOADED"
