Samsung Tablet - Amazon music library

Postby JaneCyprus » 26 Aug 2016 02:45

I have an amazon account with music library of my purchases.
Kindle updated automatically when purchased they appear in the music library.
Computer has an app to download from music library.
Tablet not downloading the app - due to the country.

I cannot find where to change the country to UK - country not asked for when setting up tablet with samsung and google.
Have switched off location in settings and for the weather.

Anyone already gone through this successfully please, I buy the Samsung today for my husband to listen to his music.
Thanks Jane

Hello JaneCyprus
Google is well known for collecting every scrap of info it can from any device you use to connect to its services.
All info that can tie you into a location needs to be modified. You did not mention the time. Is it still set to Cyprus, it needs to be set for London.
Have you tried using a VPN?. The Opera browser has a built-in VPN.
Whenever any info is changed you should power down the device and then restart with the new parameters set.

Thank you hadn't thought of time setting, yes it's cyprus so will try that just to get my music library download and then reset.
A friend recommend spotify app and seems quit good only been on it for ten minutes and listen through wifi so don't know yet if you can download and build up a library, oh lots to learn
.Regards

YouTube totally free music, just need a free converter software..transfer it onto any device via MP3s or computers of any make or type...
