Can someone tell me where to find the 2013 value of our house. There was a website mentioned once, but can't find it anymore.

I just tried the Land Registry website and couldn't get it to work! Maybe it doesn't like Windows 10

The link works fine for me - which version of Windows you have shouldn't matter (I have W10 too) but then it wanted me to install silverlight, so I gave up!

That's what I mean as well. I have silverlight installed but still asking for it. So we cannot go further than that page.

All are asking for Silverlight ........ maybe I need to install it!!

It does say in the Instructions, "Better service functionality with Internet Explorer 8 +, Firefox3 +,Chrome4 +" It does say that you need 'Silverlight'

Surely there has got to be a far simpler way of getting the 2013 value?

The message you get "You are running on a browser that may not be fully compatible with Microsoft Silverlight" identifies the source of your problem - your browser.

How do you get past the SILVERLIGHT page. I have the latest version already. Maybe restart my computer?

Sorry Nigel. Senior moment. Silverlight doesn't work (anymore) with Chrome nor with Edge. It works with Firefox though. So all clear and value retrieved.

The browser needs to be IE, not Firefox or Chrome. I got past the Silverlight page but now find that clicking on the Google map does absolutely nothing, having chosen the correct area from the pull-down menu.

The general public are never going to master all the technical proviso's of this Land Registry web page!!

Maybe the Google map is the problem. The map says 2006. The data will not be the same as Google data says 2016.
