Need more info.
How do you get your e mail? Web or e mail program?
Who is your e mail provider (the bit after the @)?

Spam tastes much better when fried. So you do not have to get rid of it.

for starters i would look to install and run full scan with http://www.malwarebytes.org/. If removing the items that finds doesn't solve problem then give exact details of the 'spam'.

My opinion; worth price charged.

Even more confused now - spam is stuff that comes in an e mail, usually trying to sell you something you don't want.

How can that stop you accessing a website? :-\
I suspect you don't have a problem with e mail spam.
Maybe you mean that you are having pop-up adverts :-\
As BD says, install and run malwarebytes (*FREE* don't pay for the 'extras')
Which web browser do you use? Internet Explorer? Firefox? Chrome?

Yes sounds like "pop ups" easy enough to sort out, download and install a blocker....

I have 4 PC's and they all have this free bit of software. http://download.cnet.com/AdFender/3000- ... 83968.html

I do not get pop ups, Spam is something else and is usually sent to your email address.
