Irini is the person I and many others recommend. This relevant thread appeared a year ago: http://www.cyprusliving.org/phpbb/nfphpbb/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=60822&hilit=logs

I use Filios, 99864521, I get a mixture of Walnut, Olive and Oak logs and at 130 per load he's 20 euros cheaper than some inferior suppliers.

Totally agree about Irini & Frixos - good selection of sustainable hard woods and unlike some others they're licensed by the forestry!

Prices is around €100 for a twin cab full.

John and Tracy--I to have bought logs from Irini/Filios and they are indeed very good. However I also had a load from Paphos Home Market with a delivery of building materials.. I did select the pack I wanted which was mostly Beech and Birch I think, the Oak has a lot of unwelcome bark. Having had these suppliers I am inclined to go back to Home Market. Simply the wood stacks perfectly as the size is so consistent. I am able to store so much more indoors in the space I have.

We always use Irini. Great quality of wood and a fair price. Lovely family also!
