Spring into Summer Photo Competition, closed thanks all.

Hello Everyone.

Here is a New photo competition for you all to enter. 'Spring into Summer' is the title so it gives a very broad spectrum

One entry per member please, but remember you can always [edit] your post at a later date to put in a different picture. It would also be good if you could put down a title for the picture, and try to keep them no more than 800 wide.

Jim has kindly offered a bottle of Bubbly for the winner. But of course it is the talking part that counts, not the winning.

If anyone has a problem posting pictures, then just send them to me and I will gladly post them for you.

The closing date will be announced later, when we see that there are a good number of entries. We will give ample notice for a last minute entry.

ps Trev, I did get to the tulip field outside Polemi. The tulips were still quite short but it was so nice to see them. There were whole Cypriot families coming to see the flowers while we were hanging aroud waiting for the clouds to go away. One of the men took control of my camera, in a very gentenmanly way, and had me and OH posing, telling us where to sit in the field while he clicked away like an ispired pro

pps my large version of the photo keeps disappearing, I click on Img insert url repeat Img and no joy. What am I doing wrong?

There are some stunning pictures which have brought a lot of pleasure to me & although a very difficult decision, I have finally decided on the one I would personally vote for bearing in mind the Spring to Summer theme
