Hows the work coming on at Tala Square has anyone got any pictures
It was a mess when we were out in September it must be nearly finished by now wonder if some of the empty restaraurants shops & bars will open once its finished :-h

It's still a mess. work in progress but it doesn't seem to be moving on much at all. Parking is a nightmare !!!

Not the way that you would have in the past, the square is being pedestrianised and is only passable on foot from the new church to Marios.

Oh dear. I have not been before and need to get beyond the square... I will have to find a way around.
Maybe a visit in the daylight might be in order.

I have just looked on the map and it looks that I would be best turning left off the main road at the bottom of the hill. This way it seems that I can get past Marios and then on past the far side of the square

Yes that's correct Trev, take the road below the school and just follow it round.
