Lost Dog

I appreciate this should be posted in the "Pets" section but I hope more people will see it here.

The pictures show a little dog, Honey, who is missing from Kyrenia St, Peyia. She went missing Monday night during the storm either by jumping over the high walls or by being stolen. The garden is fully enclosed and backs onto Coral Bay beach.

She has not been seen since. I was only informed today.

Please keep a look out for her and if you see her, please call me on 96877424 as soon as possible and I will come and try and catch her/retrieve her.

She is micro-chipped and local vets and Paphiakos have been advised.

I hope they find her safe and well Annie - please keep us informed.

As an aside, a group I'm aware of from facebook rescued, saved and relocated a dog to UK recently. However, he was spooked by fireworks and did a runner. It was reported around 48hrs later he had been found knocked down and killed.... but, another 24 - 36hrs later a further report came through, the little dog had been found in a garden and was being looked after safe and well until the new owners came to collect him.

Unfortunately, it still means another family pet was killed on the road

Please everyone, keep your eyes peeled for Honey. Her owner has recently had an unexpected triple by-pass and the stress of her disappearance is not doing him any good.

She must be somewhere!

It does make you wonder if she has been stolen as it is unusual that there have been no sightings of her at all!!
I do hope that is not the case and will continue to take treats out with me and continue to look.
