I had thought that everyone would have recognised this as a simple spelling mistake and would know that Gisela meant tapioca.

Have you tried Lysiotis in Episkopi?
They have a good selection of organic/gluten free products.
If gluten isn't a problem you could always substitute corn flour, depending on the recipe.

Tapioca is on the shelves in Paps with the other flours, baking powders, cream of tartar,sugar and other baking stuff.

I find the staff in there usually very helpful so you could always ask!

I cannot be entirely sure but think I may have seen in the substantial health food section in Alpha Mega.
