Recently diagnosed, and would so appreciate any information regarding availability of gluten free foods in and around Paphos. Any other tips also much appreciated, e.g. What to bring from UK, many thanks

Most supermarkets have a small selection in their Healthy Eating aisle, and in fact Alpha Mega have a very large one downstairs plus lots of GF bread in the bakery section on the ground floor. Avoid M&S GF bread - €5.80 for a small loaf is daylight robbery!

Buy Rite in Kissonerga opposite the Atlantica hotel have a small selection too of cakes, biscuits etc.

Try the lovely health shop just up the Polis road left hand side before you get to Garden of Eden supermarket. I'm sure the lady in there would be very helpful and and I think they sell quite a bit of gluten free.

Not forgetting the gluten free restaurant in the old coral breeze.
