Hi

Can anybody help we have a astral salt chlorinator, sometimes the low salt light comes on and stays on ,we have checked the salt levels and they are fine, temps OK as well. Not sure if we need to change our cell, how would we know. The cell is still producing chlorine and it's cloudy.

Have you cleaned the Cell?
If you can see any calcium build up it will need cleaning off. Most models are sold as self cleaning but I have not seen one yet that is.

Yes we have cleaned the cells. Have just taken a water sample in for testing just in case the Aqua check salt testing strips are in accurate. Still the light comes on and off.
