I'm writing this sitting in a bar, as I am having to do more often nowadays.

No internet at home - the problems that have been going on for about 2 months have reared their ugly head again.

I think I have phoned in 6 times over the weeks, and 4 times been promised a call back "when the situation has been resolved" - as I have yet to receive the call back, I'm assuming the situation hasn't been resolved.

I don't get on Skype very often, but I would have like to have done so today - being my birthday - but that doesn't go down too well in most bars.

Any chance of some action in the near future?

Haven't tried it yet today - I'm back in the bar - but mainly to watch footie.....
