hi teresaE,
my wife went down with a chest infection while we over in cyprus a week or so ago , i had it as well but we got by on some jollop from the chemist & paracetamol & ibuprofen !! she went to the doctor when we came back to the uk & he's put her on a weeks course of amoxicillin 500mg & within a day she was getting better !! so does anybody know whether i could have bought some from the chemist over there ,?? there's something similar on med prices !!

Amoxicillin is available over the counter at the Pharmacy's here as is Augmentin which is similar and used for the same thing.
