sorry you have not had a reply Mike. Obviously no one knows of good dermatologist, myself included. If I hear of anyone though I will let you know.

There is a good dermatologist thatI have seen a couple of times. He is elderly but with a wealth of experience. His name is Dr Fox and is based at the Blue Cross Clinic.
Happily retired and spending our children's inheritance!
