Can anyone tell me what time registration opens at the general please to see a gp

Please can some one tell me what time registration closes at lunch time? My appointment is today (Monday) at 1pm.

There is a sign which I think says 2 o clock.
But yesterday at 2 o clock it was definitely closed.

I too believe registration closes at 1-00pm... Unless it has changed recently .
