No knead bread

Easiest and best way to make an Italian style bread:

500 g flour of your choice
¼ tsp instant yeast
2 tsp sea salt
400 ml water
30 ml white balsamico or other white vinegar

Combine flour, yeast and salt in a large bowl. Add water and vinegar and stir until blended. Dough will be very sticky. Cover bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and let rest for at least 12 hours in the fridge.
Preheat oven to 240°C.
Take a small part of the dough and put it in a plastic container with a lid and store it in the fridge for your next bread.
Put a sheet of baking paper into a cast-iron pot which has approx. the double size of the dough. If you don't have one, you can also use a silex glas pot.Cover with a lid and bake it for 30 minutes. Remove lid and bake another 15-30 minutes, until loaf is browned. Cool on a rack.
