What is the going rate per day or hour now ?

We pay by the calendar month. Two guys for two hours each week. Which is what we need to keep our garden tamed and in good order. Not sure what the "going rate" is; all I know is that I am happy to pay our guys for the quality of work they perform and for their reliability and integrity. Whether that rate is above, or below, the going rate is irrelevant to me; but I consider I pay a fair - favourable even - price
