Car purchase

A friend of mine is moving to Paphos in 2 weeks time and he will need to purchase a second hand car. Does anyone recommend certain car dealers in Paphos and has anyone had dealings with Simon Emery (please pm all experiences good or bad)

I have never had dealings with Simon Emery, but I have to say I have never heard anything at all bad about the company, throughout many years on Cyprus Forums.

I believe that ANW Motors in Tremithousa are good - we used them to help with an import and they were very efficient.

By far the best used car dealer in town I have found is ..

Demitri Anastasiou 99334763 sell's mainly small to medium Jap imports but not always Jap, I just bought a VW Polo, he sells three to four year old motors imported from Japan, even sells them to the man mentioned above (Not A&N)

His showroom is just before the airport turn about 50 meters on the same side, give great guarantees and takes part X too..Had a couple of small cars from him and been very happy with the motors, my neighbor bought a car recently from Demitri..

Yes I can also vouch for ANW Motors in Tremithousa.They helped me bring my Insignia from the uk and took care of all the paperwork.They also sold my CRV on their website using their brokerage scheme.Neil and Alison are nice people and they have some nice cars too.

I did try to buy a motor from Neil but it was a commission sale, you were not dealing with the seller, fair enough I guess but one likes to know who you are dealing with, I like Neil and Alison very much, in fact they did for a brief time run the motoring section..


Dave usually a car or two in the for sale section...I guess you already know this though.

I moved here in 2004. Since then I have owned 5 different vehicles. I have visited most of the dealers for second hand cars in Paphos and two in Limasol.
