Setting up an iPad with Cytanet

Hi. I wonder if anyone can help

Trying to set up an iPad in Cyprus to pull in Cytanet emails.
In the set up page, the options for Outlook and Excchange don't seem to work

The " other" option is asking for SMTP details for incoming and outgoing mail servers.

Can anyone tell me to to connect to Cytanet with an iPad

Which are Cytanet’s incoming and outgoing mail servers and which ports do they use?

Cytanet’s incoming mail server is mail.cytanet.com.cy which uses port 110 and supports the IMAP protocol using TLS over port 143. Cytanet’s outgoing mail server is mail-out.cytanet.com.cy and supports the use of port 587 with TLS and user identification. You can find the related settings online at Cyta Forum or you can contact the Cyta Call Centre on 132 or 8000 8080.

Ο incoming mail server της Cytanet είναι ο mail.cytanet.com.cy και υποστηρίζει το πρωτόκολλο IMAP με χρήση TLS πάνω από τη πόρτα 143. Ο outgoing mail server της Cytanet είναι ο mail-out.cytanet.com.cy και υποστηρίζει χρήση της πόρτας 587 μαζί με TLS και αναγνώριση χρήστη (authentication με username και password του Cytanet email) .

Υποστηρίζουμε επίσης τo πρωτόκολλo POP χρησιμοποιώντας κρυπτογραφημένη σύνδεση (SSL/TLS) την οποία και συνιστούμε για τη δική σου ασφάλεια.
