mag box !!

The Mag is freezing all the time also can't get Filmon anybody else got the problem ?

Ours was working OK last night. Have you tried re starting it ? ie switch off at the wall and switch back on after a few seconds.

It may just be you bandwidth signal. Have you checked that your signal is around 4mb or above.

If there is no improvement pop back to the supplier and ask them to test it.
