Cyta do a switch on switch off. We rang up this week to suspend our internet service whilst away. At present we are on their old 4gig service which was upgraded to 8 gig free of charge last December. The cyta girl who we spoke to recommended we downgrade to 3 gig whilst it is suspended, as we will be paying for 8 for the rest of this month and December, and when we come back we can, if we wish, upgrade to 8 again.
Cyta will let you suspend for 6 months in any year, and I think the monthly charge whilst suspended is €5 per month.

We use Bluenet and have done so for 2 years now. I just activate it by paying 30 Euros when we arrive and its active for a month. Fast enough to watch streaming video and keep all of the family happy. Installation is super quick and it costs around 140Euro for the dish and the Wifi Router.

Bluenet provide a switch on and switch off service. If you have paid for a month and switch off after 2 weeks the remaining half a month can be used when you come back. You just email them when you leave and when you come back.

bluenet will provide on a daily basis. €1 per day. the longer you rent, the cheaper it is, but ideal for people who only want a week or so. no charge for connection/disconnection and no charge
when not in use.

Unfortunatly, Cyprussam has not replied to my last PM, so I have no idea where he/she is located, or who they are.

Perhaps it is better is he/she finds another provider, as I am sure they will get a better service from someone who has telepathic abilities, rather than my more mortal ones which rely on some form of contact via email, telephone or pm's.

Sorry, but I cannot help any further on this one, although I have tried to no avail.

Regards

Netcom, Bluenet, Fusion IT, all pretty much the same all use latest IMHO gear, service is good , fine for streaming on 4gig, works out around 25 month for all of them.On and off when you wish,,just an email a few days in advance, no charge for switching and no charge when not turned on, unlike cyta,
